Special features of the vehicle: The Ford Ranger featured in our video is equipped with a footboard. Our recommendation: For a safe lifting process, use 2 round height adapters on the front carrying arms, and 2 U-shaped adapters with lashing straps on the carrying arms in the back. 1. Fix and secure the round adapters on the arms in the front, and the U-shaped adapters on the arms in the back.2. For optimal door opening and ideal weight distribution, drive in the car dead center between the columns.3. Position the carrying arms. Secure the arms in the back with the lashing straps to the vehicle. Check that the arms have not moved during the lashing process.4. Turn the pick-up pads of the front arms as close to the pick-up points as possible. 5. Lift the vehicle slightly. Check the position of the pick-up pads and that the gears are engaged.
